This is an extremely exciting opportunity to bring to market, with an organization that combines proven success, huge financial backing, and long-term stability.

As CTO, you will take full ownership of a growing trading platform, acting as the right-hand to the Founder, and playing a key role in scaling a leading fintech headquartered in Dubai with a global growth strategy.

You will lead all technology across infrastructure, development, and IT operations, ensuring the platform scales effectively while integrating features from multiple providers into a single, seamless ecosystem.

This role is for someone with high intellectual ability, who thrives on solving complex technical challenges and translating ideas into reliable, high-performing systems. You will have the autonomy to shape technical strategy, drive architectural decisions, and build the foundation for long-term growth while leading the Dubai-based technology team.

We’re looking for someone who:

★ Has 2–3+ years of tenure in a previous CTO position with clear evidence of measurable business impact

★ Has solved complex infrastructure and system-level problems, ideally within fintech or trading

★ Understands all layers of technology, including infrastructure, development, IT operations, integrations, and architecture

★ Is deeply involved in AI, with hands-on experience applying it to improve performance or efficiency
