Position: Java Developer

Location: Mississauga, ON (Hybrid 3 Days onsite)

Duration: Contract to Hire

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Backend Developer with a strong foundation in Java and microservices architecture. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting backend systems that power scalable and secure applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, develop robust solutions, and ensure smooth system performance and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, enhance, and maintain backend applications using Java and related technologies.

Build and support microservices-based solutions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.

Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code that meets business and technical requirements.

Qualifications:

Experience: 10 years of backend development experience.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Java and understanding of microservices architecture.

Business Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with Financial Markets and Back Office functions is preferred.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
