6 month contract + possible extensions
Hybrid 3x per week in Toronto
Pay: $40-50/hr incorp
Must haves:
- 5-6+ years of experience supporting Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions, preferably CyberArk Vault
- Previous experience with PAM-related User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Production Implementation Verification (PIV).
- Strong experience with reporting and analysis of Privileged Account Inventory (PAI) data to drive onboarding into the PAM solution.
- Knowledge of IT service management frameworks such as incident management and change management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and work in fast-paced environments
Nice to haves:
• Certifications in ITIL, CyberArk, or related technologies
• Experience supporting identity and access management (IAM) systems or security operations
• Familiarity with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow or Jira
Job Description:
Insight Global is looking for an IT Analyst to support one of our enterprise clients on their Privileged Access Management team. This role will focus on maintaining and enhancing the organization’s PAM solutions, with a preference for experience in CyberArk Vault. The ideal candidate will also have a solid understanding of IT service management practices, particularly in incident and change management processes.
Responsibilities:
- Onboard/deprovision privileged accounts in PAM solution
- Gather accounts via stakeholder collaboration
- Analyze PAI data to drive onboarding
- Document & execute IAM procedures (password compliance, ID checkouts)
- Lead UAT & PIV for PAM changes
- Generate regular/ad-hoc PAM reports (inventory, checkouts, compliance)
- Manage incidents/issues within agreed hours
- Maintain proactive communication with app teams, stakeholders, and risk leads (handle escalations)
- Support policy enforcement, troubleshooting, audits, and change management
