Job Description

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable and reliable infrastructure solutions.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of new features and services.
• Implement and manage monitoring, alerting, and logging systems to proactively identify and address potential issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system incidents, ensuring minimal impact on operations.
• Automate repetitive tasks to streamline operational processes and enhance system efficiency.
• Conduct performance analysis and capacity planning to optimize system performance.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend and implement innovative solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Site Reliability Engineer or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proficiency in scripting and programming languages (e.g., Python, Bash, Go).
• Experience with infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
• Solid understanding of continuous integration and deployment best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Bilingual in both English & Mandarin is preferred
