Job Summary

We’re looking for a .NET Tech Lead to support our team in Qatar. • Lead and manage a team of 5+ developers, ensuring on-time delivery of project milestones.
• Drive end-to-end solution design, technical architecture, and system integrations for complex enterprise applications.
• Develop and maintain high-performance applications using ASP.NET Core, MVC, C#, Entity Framework Core, and SQL Server/PostgreSQL.
• Architect and implement microservices-based solutions with a focus on scalability, reliability, and security.
• Guide front-end development using Angular, React.js, or Next.js, ensuring responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
• Work with Node.js and NestJS for backend and middleware services.
• Design and manage data flows and integrations using Apache NiFi.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product Owners, QA, and DevOps for seamless project execution.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, version control, and deployment strategies using DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Git, Jenkins, etc.).
• Conduct code reviews, ensure adherence to best practices, and mentor junior developers.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives.
• Continuously evaluate emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions.

Required Technical Skills:

• .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, C#, Entity Framework Core
• SQL Server and PostgreSQL (database design, optimization, stored procedures)
• Angular, React.js, and Next.js (front-end frameworks)
• Node.js and NestJS (backend and API development)
• Microservices Architecture and API Gateway concepts
• Apache NiFi for data flow and integration
• Cloud platforms – AWS / Azure (preferred)
• DevOps tools – Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitHub Actions
• Agile/Scrum project management methodologies
