.NET Tech Lead

About the role

We are seeking a skilled .NET Tech Lead to oversee and elevate the development of our internal applications. This transversal role is not tied to specific projects but focuses on ensuring technical consistency, scalability, and quality across all initiatives.

You will report directly to the Head of IT, who defines the development strategy and objectives. Your mission will include supervising external developers, enforcing best practices, maintaining documentation, and supporting internal systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach external developers working on internal applications.
• Ensure best practices in .NET and Azure development are consistently applied.
• Maintain and improve technical documentation.
• Oversee code quality, architecture, and development standards.
• Promote DevOps culture using Azure DevOps tools and practices.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align technical direction with business needs.
• Ensure robust API lifecycle management and security across internal services
• Provide Level 3 support in coordination with the IT support team.

Job Requirements :

• Minimum 7 years of experience in .NET development.
• Strong expertise in Azure development, including serverless architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code.
• Solid understanding of database technologies (CosmosDB, MySQL, MS SQL, Azure Storage).
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Familiarity with API lifecycle management and security best practices.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues as part of Level 3 support.
• Experience with Java, NodeJS, React and any other development technologies is a strong plus.
• Fluency in English is required; French is a strong plus.
