IT Project Manager / Developer (Zoho & Systems Owner)

Sustainability Management School (SUMAS) is a pioneering institution dedicated to integrating sustainability into business education. We offer programs that combine academic excellence with practical engagement, innovation, and a forward-thinking approach to sustainability and technology.

We are looking for a versatile and hands-on IT professional who can bridge the gap between technical development and business needs — someone who is equally comfortable managing systems, writing code, and coordinating projects.

Main Responsibilities:

-System Management & Development

-Act as the main owner and administrator of all digital tools used within SUMAS, including Zoho, Microsoft 365, and Moodle.

-Develop and maintain custom functions and automations (mainly using Deluge, Zoho’s scripting language similar to JavaScript).

-Lead IT and digitalization projects from conception to implementation.

-Technical Support & IT Operations

Qualifications & Experience

Strong experience with an ERP Environment (CRM, Automations, Analytics, etc.).

Good knowledge of Deluge or solid JavaScript experience and ability to learn fast.

Understanding of Moodle, Microsoft 365, and general IT infrastructure.

Knowledge of API integrations and automation tools (Zapier, JSON, etc.)
