We’re looking for someone with extensive experience in Compensation & Benefits, ideally within global and matrixed environments. You're skilled in translating complex data into actionable insights and have a strategic mindset paired with operational precision. You have a strong analytical background and experience in regional compensation, with the ability to drive digitalization of rewards processes. You’re fluent in English and comfortable navigating diverse cultural contexts.
On a personal level, you’re a collaborative relationship-builder who values inclusion, continuous improvement and adaptability. You bring integrity and business acumen to every interaction, and you thrive in environments where you can influence, innovate, and support others.

Your key responsibilities include:
- Advising HR colleagues and business leaders with insights based on data, research, and business acumen.
- Implementing rewards frameworks aligned with the Sandvik group rewards procedure that reflects our values and drives business impact.
- Supporting annual processes such as salary reviews, bonus models, and job mapping.
- Championing fairness and transparency in reward decisions.
- Collaborating across businesses and functions within the group to align pay practices with group procedures.
- Mentoring colleagues to build capabilities in total rewards.
- Contributing to continuous improvement and innovation in employee experience.
