CONTRACT DETAILS:

Role: Project Manager

Day Rate: Up to €350 (with flex)

Location: Hybrid

Duration: 18 months

We are looking for a Project Manager, with strong experience of hiring process and onboarding, to join a Global leading tech client of ours at their Engineering development centre in Dublin. The Project Manager will drive singular projects, creating and managing project plans, regular status reports and executive presentations. Some of the key focus areas the project manager will own are:

• Interview skilling
• Interview availability
• Project Reporting
• Communication
• Onboarding
• Governance

The Project Manager will help drive ad-hoc projects that support the wider program under the direction of the development centres Business Manager and GTA Ireland lead.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Strong project management skills;

Creates and drives plans for the implementation of individual projects.

• Tenaciously pursues positive outcomes, using effective approaches to solve problems.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills

• Precision, attention to detail, and the ability to use our products to build processes that invite collaboration and drive efficiencies.

• Proven ability to respectfully influence, motivate, negotiate, collaborate, and partner with multiple stakeholders.

• Self -sufficient and able to ramp quickly

• Composure and thrives on working under pressure on multiple projects.

• Flexible work style and agile.

• Process Orientated: Able to take project concepts, project work packages and work with SMEs and stakeholders to create operational processes
