We’re looking for experienced .NET Developers to join a consultancy that builds long-term partnerships - not short-term billable hours. You’ll join a team that delivers some of Norway’s most complex digital solutions.
You’ll work in cross-functional teams alongside frontend, data, and cloud specialists - surrounded by people who care about quality, collaboration, and continuous learning.
🧠What we’re looking for
- 4+ years’ experience as a developer, architect, or tech lead
- Solid experience with .NET (C#) — backend, frontend, or full-stack
- Familiar with cloud platforms, databases, and agile methods
- Bonus if you’ve worked with Docker, Kubernetes, or modern DevOps tools
- Curious and communicative - someone who enjoys solving complex challenges
- Norwegian skills at B2 level or higher
