This is for permanent employment and requires professional working level Norwegian.

What You'll Do: Advise top-tier clients on:

• Security strategy & architecture
• ISO 27001 certification & audits
• Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)
• Privacy, safety culture & training
• Risk assessments, ROS & value mapping
• Acting as CISO-for-hire

Who You Are:

• 10+ years in IT, 5+ in security consulting
• Proven leadership in security missions
• Expert in ISO 27001, NIS2, GDPR
• Strong technical grasp of cloud, IAM, and network security
• Fluent communicator with C-level stakeholders
• Business-savvy with a strategic mindset

A master’s degree is a plus—but your experience speaks volumes.
