What You Will Be Doing

The BI Lead is responsible for 3 key areas.

• Reporting: Improving, controlling, and delivering business reporting and analysis. Ensuring quality, consistency, accuracy, operational efficiency, and governance.

• Oversee the development and delivery of accurate and timely BAU and ad hoc reports ensuring consistency, relevance, and stakeholder needs met.
• Streamline reporting processes and leverage automation to improve operational efficiency.

• Insights: Leading the development and implementation of insights in reports. Ensuring insights are relevant, using appropriate tools and techniques, and accurate.

• Lead the data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Oversee development of comprehensive reports and dashboards for senior management aligned to their needs and requirements.
• Implement best practices for data analysis and visualization to enhance insight delivery.

• Performance Management: Oversee the incentive compensation process to ensure alignment of incentive program to business goals, ensuring timely and accurate measurement and payouts, and analyze program effectiveness.

• Oversee the design and implementation of an automated incentive KPI solution that align with business goals ensuring accurate and timely payouts.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of incentive programs and adjustments.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

What We are Looking for

• 6+ years of experience in BI / Data Analytics.
• 5+ years in a leadership/strategic/client facing role.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful BI projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and able to manage multiple priorities in a time-sensitive manner.
• Strong understanding of Business Intelligence best practices and methodologies.
• Experience with BI tools and technologies (e.g. SQL, Power BI, Python, SAS etc.)
• Communicate complex data and business metrics clearly to Executives and Senior Leadership.
• Ability to think strategically and plan, own and roll out Data roadmaps.
• Knowledge and understanding of Visualization best practices.
• Expert in Microsoft Office tools (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)
