Job Description
- Managing the full recruitment cycle — from job posting to offer stage
- Responsable for internal and external hires
- Monitoring and ensuring the efficiency of the overall internal recruitment process
- Sourcing and engaging candidates via job boards and LinkedIn
- Screening applications and conducting initial interviews
- Ensuring a smooth candidate experience
- Maintaining accurate data in our ATS (SmartRecruiters, BoondManager)
- Collaborating with our European Talent Acquisition network to share best practices
- 2–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (in-house or agency)
- Experience recruiting for IT or technical roles is a strong plus
- Excellent communication skills in English (French or Dutch are a plus)
- Hands-on, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset
- Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, international environment
- Familiarity with ATS tools (SmartRecruiters experience is a plus)
