Barden is proud to be partnering with a leading consulting firm to identify an agile Business Analyst to join them on a permanent basis to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions for their client in the life sciences industry. A key requirement for this role will be someone who has significant experience in the life sciences industry - showcasing a strong background in agile business analysis.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

• Lead and facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Partner with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and translate business requirements into clear user stories and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Proactively identify and address risks or impediments to maintain smooth project execution.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team and across the organization.
• Mentor and support team members on agile principles, practices, and effective collaboration.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation to ensure transparency and clarity for all stakeholders.
• Engage with Life Sciences clients to understand their specific challenges and deliver tailored, impactful solutions.

ABOUT THE PERSON:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst within an agile environment.
• Solid knowledge of agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Proven experience in the Life Sciences industry is a key requirement for this role.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Capable of managing multiple priorities and performing effectively under pressure.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent agile certification is preferred.
