We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Frontend Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of front-end technologies, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to design and implement scalable, high-performance web applications. You will collaborate with a talented team of developers and designers, ensuring best practices are followed, mentoring other developers, and collaborating across multiple departments, including sales.

Key Responsibilities

Advanced Frontend Development: Lead the development and maintenance of complex user interfaces using JavaScript, React, and Next.js, ensuring high performance and scalability.
Collaboration: Work closely with designers and backend developers to create visually appealing and functional web applications.
Headless CMS Integration: Design and implement integrations with headless CMS solutions like Contentful and Sanity.
Cloud Operations: Utilize cloud platforms such as Vercel to build, deploy, and scale modern web applications and static sites.
Code Quality: Take an active role in code reviews and technical discussions, ensuring high-quality code and promoting best practices across the team.
Mentorship: Provide guidance, feedback, and support to junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration.
Pre-Sales Support: Collaborate with sales and solution teams when needed, providing technical input and helping to define the right frontend approach for client proposals.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest web development trends and technologies, sharing insights and driving innovation within the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills:

7+ years of experience in front-end development
Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+) and Next.js.
Extensive experience with front-end frameworks/libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
Experience with server-side rendering (e.g., Next.js, Nuxt.js).
Strong understanding of state management libraries like Redux or MobX.
Experience with build tools and bundlers like Webpack, Babel, and npm/yarn.
Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.
Knowledge of RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
Understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and solutions.
Experience with performance optimization techniques and tools.
Familiarity with testing frameworks and methodologies (e.g., Jest, Mocha, Cypress).
Experience with micro-frontends architecture.
Experience with at least one of the following headless CMS platforms: Contentful, Sanity, Contentsack

Ability to clearly communicate in English and Swedish, both verbal and written.

Nice-to-Have Skills

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Knowledge of web accessibility standards and best practices.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Experience in PWA eCommerce frameworks (PWA Studio, Vue Storefront, etc).
Ability to effectively use AI-assisted coding and research tools to support development.
