As a Frontend Developer at Vaimo, you will be instrumental in creating engaging digital experiences through user-friendly web applications. You will collaborate with a talented team of developers and designers, contributing your expertise in a fast-paced environment focused on headless solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- User Interface Development: Develop and maintain user interfaces using JavaScript, React, and Next.js.
- Collaboration: Work closely with designers to implement visually appealing and functional web applications.
- Headless CMS Integration: Integrate headless CMS solutions like Contentful and Sanity into projects.
- Cloud Operations: Utilize cloud platforms like Vercel to build, deploy, and scale modern web applications and static sites.
- Code Reviews: Participate in code reviews and contribute to team discussions to enhance code quality and team collaboration.
- Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to junior developers, fostering a collaborative learning environment.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest web development trends and technologies to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Technical Skills:
- Experience: 3 years of commercial experience with web development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and familiarity with React and Next.js.
- Understanding of headless CMS platforms (e.g., Contentful, Sanity).
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
- Curiosity to explore how AI can enhance frontend development and digital experiences.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Upper-intermediate English proficiency.
- Experience with CSS frameworks (e.g., Tailwind CSS).
- Understanding of web performance optimization techniques.
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.
- Ability to effectively use AI-assisted coding and research tools to support development.
