The opportunity

We are looking for a person to join our R&D Operations Team. As a Team, our main goals are:

  • Support R&D Teams with managing licenses & tools (e.g. GitHub, Atlassian)
  • Ensuring R&D data coherency (HR, Finance, etc).
  • Create and maintain reporting dashboards (Power BI) to ease decision making processes.

You will be working in the global, multi-cultural Team, ensuring smooth R&D processes across the board.

How You'll Make An Impact

  • Supporting R&D Teams in tools licensing management processes
  • Enhancing existing PBI – Power BI reports with new functionalities
  • Keeping company procedures updated
  • Learning of and analyzing new Business Intelligence trends & Power BI releases for opportunities
  • Learning to use Power Automate
  • Taking part in building data culture in the organization

Your background

  • You are a university student graduating in summer 2026 or later (preferred majors - Data Science, Data Analysis, IT and Econometrics, Computer Science)
  • You are task-orientated, have strong analytical skills, attention to details and can think out-of-the-box
  • You have knowledge of PowerBI, SQL, ETL processes
  • You have good knowledge on MS office (especially Excel)
  • You have good communication skills and you are a team player
  • You know English at B2+ level
