Salary: €150,000–€170,000
Enzo Tech Group are currently partnering with a global Manufacturer to appoint an experienced Head of IT Operations / Infrastructure.
This is a strategic yet hands-on leadership role, reporting directly to the Group CIO. The successful candidate will lead a global team of around 25 IT professionals across different divisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse 25-person IT infrastructure and operations team.
- Modern workplace and legacy systems
- Network and firewall architecture
- IT security and endpoint protection
- Client management and IT helpdesk operations
- Drive delivery of key modernization programs:
- IT/OT network separation
- Firewall redesign and rollout
- Infrastructure automation and AI-based optimization initiatives
- Strengthen cybersecurity and operational resilience across all environments.
- Collaborate with business and manufacturing stakeholders to align IT with production and growth needs.
- Oversee vendor management, licensing, and technology renewal decisions.
Requirements:
- 10+ years’ experience in IT infrastructure, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Deep technical expertise across infrastructure domains (network, security, cloud, modern workplace).
- Proven experience within manufacturing or industrial environments
- Strong leadership and communication skills; capable of guiding technically strong, independent teams.
- Fluent in English; German is an advantage.
- A strategic thinker with hands-on technical understanding.
