Role Highlights:

• Position: Senior Network Engineer
• Location: Sydney CBD
• Type: 12 month contract
• Compensation: $900 - $1100/day

What You'll Do:

• Design, implement, and maintain robust network solutions to support critical business operations.
• Configure and manage advanced firewalls, with a strong focus on Juniper SRX or FortiGate platforms.
• Strong experience across F5 GTM/LTM
• Optimise and oversee load balancer configurations to ensure seamless network traffic distribution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex network issues.
• Contribute to security initiatives, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.

What You Bring:

• Extensive experience in firewall management, particularly with Juniper SRX or FortiGate.
• Proficiency in load balancer technologies and their application in high-availability environments.
• Strong understanding of network architecture, protocols, and security principles.
• Proven ability to work in fast-paced environments within the financial services or similarly regulated industries.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
