Role Overview
A Hiring Group is managing the recruitment process for this position on behalf of LeadBank.
We are looking for a Project Manager with proven affiliate industry experience and a strategic mindset. This role combines day-to-day execution with long-term vision: managing affiliate operations today while helping to design the performance marketing platform of tomorrow.
You will work directly with leadership, manage affiliates and publishers, and lead projects that expand LeadBank into multiple verticals. Over time, you’ll play a key role in shaping LeadBank into a multi-industry growth powerhouse that fuels the wider Home Alliance Ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Affiliate & Partner Growth
- Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliates worldwide.
- Leverage your existing network to rapidly scale call and lead volume.
- Negotiate payouts and build long-term, profitable partnerships.
Project & Platform Development
- Lead projects that expand LeadBank from pay-per-call into pay-per-lead, SaaS integrations, and marketplace solutions.
- Collaborate with leadership to launch and scale new verticals (Insurance, Finance, Real Estate, Travel, Rehab).
- Contribute to platform feature development that drives affiliate and buyer success.
Performance & Compliance Oversight
- Set up and optimize campaigns in Ringba and similar platforms.
- Monitor KPIs including call quality, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Ensure full compliance with FTC, CCPA, and industry ad regulations.
Strategic Leadership
- Act as the right hand to leadership to ensure project success.
- Mentor junior team members as the team grows.
- Align all projects with the long-term vision of the Home Alliance Ecosystem.
Requirements
- Proven experience in affiliate marketing, pay-per-call, pay-per-lead, or performance marketing.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering measurable growth.
- Existing affiliate/publisher relationships (Home Services preferred; other verticals a plus).
- Analytical, data-driven mindset with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, fully remote global environment.
