We are looking for an experienced and driven Tech Lead React Developer to join our dynamic team.

What you will do:

• Lead the UI development of software solutions.
• Participate in defining the User Stories and Technical Stories related to the product roadmap to achieve technical cohesion.
• Facilitate technical sessions with the team to select future technical choices to be implemented in the product.
• Investigate potential issues by conducting studies on the future selected technical choices.
• Ensure the quality of product deliveries made by the team.
• Support the team in growing their technical knowledge.
• Share expertise with the other team members in order to grow together as one team
• Provide valuable input for the team’s continuous improvement by contributing to the technical & functional roadmaps.
• Set and apply best practices (both development and operational best practices), code quality, security standard and corresponding KPIs.
• Actively contribute to the technical solution definition and improvements.
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies (Backlog refinement – Validation of user story estimation, DoR & DoD within the scope of action, sprint reviews, etc.).
