We are seeking a highly skilled ESG & Sustainability Reporting Manager to lead our environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives and reporting processes. This role will integrate sustainability into our business strategy, drive ESG disclosure and compliance, and communicate impactful sustainability narratives to investors, regulators, customers, and internal stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will manage ESG risks, identify opportunities, and translate complex ESG data into actionable insights while ensuring adherence to international reporting frameworks such as GRI, SASB, TCFD, CDP, and emerging regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of the company’s ESG strategy aligned with business goals.
- Oversee the end-to-end preparation of the annual Sustainability/ESG Report, from data collection to publication.
- Manage ESG data collection and ensure accuracy, consistency, and audit-readiness.
- Apply ESG reporting frameworks and standards, ensuring compliance with global and local requirements.
- Serve as the primary contact for ESG ratings and questionnaires (e.g., CDP, MSCI, Sustainalytics).
- Partner with cross-functional teams (EHS, HR, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal) to gather verified ESG data.
- Conduct materiality assessments and benchmark ESG performance against industry peers.
- Lead specific ESG projects such as carbon footprint assessments, green financing frameworks, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Monitor ESG-related risks and integrate ESG factors into investment and enterprise risk decision-making.
- Provide ESG insights and reporting to executive leadership and the Board.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Public Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience, including 5 years in a supervisory role. GCC experience is a plus.
- Deep knowledge of ESG frameworks and reporting standards (GRI, SASB, TCFD, CDP, QSE).
- Strong data management, analytics, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proven ability to translate ESG data into actionable insights and impactful reporting.
