As a Data Scientist, your primary focus will be on defining the mission, objectives, and strategy for your stream within the Centre of Excellence Data Governance.

You will manage organisation-wide data governance, quality, and regulatory activities, ensuring adherence to enterprise data governance frameworks.

You will serve as a point of escalation for governance, quality, integrity, protection, and data compliance issues and will work closely with business and functional area leadership.

Skills and Experience Required:

• A master’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as statistics, mathematics, or engineering
• A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in enterprise data modelling, data regulatory affairs, data governance tools, and data quality.
• Proficiency in data governance tools and frameworks.
• Strong team player with excellent communication and influencing skills.
• A quick self-starter with a proactive attitude, good analytical and synthesis skills, and the ability to work autonomously in a dynamic environment.
