🧠What You’ll Do

We are looking for an experienced consultant to support a large-scale core banking transformation, including the migration to a new Temenos Transact release. The role focuses on project governance and testing coordination, ensuring smooth collaboration between business, IT, and multiple external partners.

Your challenges will involve:

• Structure and manage governance routines, reporting, and project documentation.
• Coordinate testing and UAT activities across functional and technical streams.
• Facilitate communication between business users, IT teams, and system integrators.
• Track and follow up on defects, validate functional scope, and support go-live readiness.
• Contribute to implementation and migration testing across payments, transactions, securities, and funds.

🛠️ Technical Skills

• 5–10 years of experience in banking or financial IT projects.
• Strong background in testing coordination, UAT management, or project governance.
• Knowledge of core banking systems (Temenos experience highly valued).
• Experience working in complex, multi-vendor environments
• Fluent in English; Spanish is an advantage.

📍 Where: Luxembourg, on-site presence required
