AI Engineer

Core Technical Skills

• Expert-level Python (including async programming, advanced data structures, and performance optimization).
• Hands-on experience with AI workflow frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, and Pydantic AI.
• Strong understanding of agentic system design and orchestration for end-to-end AI solutions.

Engineering & Deployment

• CI/CD pipeline development and automation for AI applications.
• MLOps expertise, including model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
• Implementation of validations, guardrails, and safety checks in AI workflows.

Domain Knowledge

• Familiarity with banking processes, ideally with Lending domain expertise (credit risk, loan origination).

Additional Competencies

• Ability to design scalable, secure, and robust AI systems for production environments.
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills for cross-functional projects.
