EMEA Recruitment is working with an internationally recognized brand as they look to recruit a Senior HR Operations Specialist to be the key point of contact for their UK & Ireland business.
The Senior HR Operations Specialist will ensure operational excellence, compliance, and a seamless employee experience across the regions, supporting the full HR lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
Responsibilities of Senior HR Operations Specialist:
- Act as the primary HR Operations contact for UK & Ireland employees and managers
 - Manage all HR administration, including onboarding, offboarding, benefits, and leave
 - Ensure compliance with UK and Irish employment law, updating policies as needed
 - Coordinate accurate and timely payroll inputs with vendors and internal teams
 - Lead and support HR process improvement and automation initiatives
 
Experience required
- Proven UK HR Operations experience; Ireland experience strongly preferred
 - In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and payroll processes
 - Experience using HRIS
 - Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
 - Team player with a drive for continuous improvement
