Your Role / Data Engineer:

We are looking for a Data Engineer to join the Sigortam.net Data Engineering Team. In this role, you will be responsible for transferring data from production systems to reporting and analytics environments and for designing and maintaining data models aligned with data warehouse architecture. You will play a key role in building reliable, scalable, and high-performance data pipelines to support reporting, analysis, and operational processes.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline; a graduate degree is a plus
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in data engineering or a related field
• Strong proficiency in both Python and SQL
• Solid understanding and practical experience with Data Warehouse concepts, data modeling, and ETL/ELT processes
• Ability to design performant and scalable tables and queries based on business and reporting needs
• Experience with streaming and messaging systems such as Apache Kafka
• Hands-on experience with Docker for containerization
• Practical experience working with Redis and Elasticsearch in data pipeline or caching/search scenarios
• Ability to write clean, modular, and well-documented code with version control (Git)

Nice to Have:

• Experience with orchestration tools such as Airflow, dbt, or similar
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and monitoring/logging tools
