Kinetic has partnered with a leading Industrial Manufacturing company who are hiring a System Manager to be based in Dubai.

Key aspects of the role include:

• Lead and manage the Systems department.
• Oversee in-house fabrication, assembly, and testing of the systems to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Coordinate with the relevant team to obtain technical and commercial costings.
• Conduct and attend technical meetings with customers to clarify specifications and design parameters.
• Prepare detailed technical and commercial offers in line with customer requirements.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

• Open to candidates based in, or willing to relocate to the UAE.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the Industrial/Manufacturing industry.
• Proven experience preparing technical and commercial proposals.
• Familiarity with fabrication, assembly, and testing processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
