Project Manager – Marine | Oman

Cornerstone Global Partners is proud to be partnering with a Tier 1 EPC Contractor renowned for delivering complex marine and infrastructure developments across the Middle East.

As part of their continued regional growth, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Marine to lead the delivery of a major EPC marine infrastructure project based in Muscat, Oman.

This role will take overall responsibility for planning, coordination, and execution of all project stages — ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery in line with contractual and technical requirements.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• Minimum 10 years’ experience delivering large-scale marine or infrastructure projects with a Tier 1 contractor
• Proven record managing at least two EPC (Design & Construct) projects from start to finish
• Strong exposure to complex, high-value (USD 150M+) developments such as ports, jetties, breakwaters, bridges, or water infrastructure
• Excellent leadership, commercial awareness, and stakeholder management skills
• Middle East experience preferred
