Senior Project Manager - PMC

We are currently representing a leading international PMC company in their search for a Senior Project Manager to join a major masterplan villa development project in Abu Dhabi.

This is a post contract position on a large scale development, offering the opportunity to work with one of the region’s most well regarded project management consultancies.

Key requirements:

• 15+ years of experience within the construction industry

• Degree qualified in Engineering, with a Civil Engineering background

• Strong contractor and PMC background with hands on project delivery experience

• Minimum 5 years’ experience within the UAE

• Proven experience delivering large scale masterplan villa developments is essential

• Strong understanding of project budgets, cash flow management, cost control, risk, and contracts

• Experience leading large multidisciplinary project teams

• PMC experience is a must, with contractor side exposure highly preferred

• Hospitality project experience would be advantageous

• Ideally currently based in Abu Dhabi, or with recent Abu Dhabi project experience preferred
