Our recruitment efforts are dedicated to promoting equal opportunities for all candidates, regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, disability, age, or any other dimension of diversity.
About the Position
We’re looking for a Full-Stack Engineer experienced in Laravel and Vue.js to join our growing engineering team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-quality web applications across both backend and frontend. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to deliver elegant, performant solutions that delight users and meet business goals.
This position requires hands-on experience across the stack—from database schema design and API development to building responsive user interfaces. If you’re passionate about writing clean, tested code, optimizing performance, and collaborating across disciplines, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack features across Laravel (backend) and Vue 3 (frontend).
 - Own the end-to-end lifecycle of features — from database schema design to deployment.
 - Model and optimize SQL Server data structures (indexes, stored procedures, views) to ensure scalability and performance.
 - Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices and coding standards.
 - Build dynamic, user-friendly interfaces using Vue.js, component-driven design, and reusable UI patterns.
 - Collaborate with designers, product owners, and other engineers to transform requirements into well-structured software.
 - Participate in code reviews, improve team standards, and contribute to shared libraries and components.
 - Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps) to automate testing and deployment.
 - Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues, ensuring high performance and reliability.
 - Mentor junior developers through pair programming, feedback, and technical guidance.

Requirements
- 4+ years of professional experience as a software engineer.
 - Strong PHP and JavaScript skills, with proven experience in Laravel and Vue 3.
 - Deep understanding of relational databases and SQL Server performance tuning (indexes, views, stored procedures).
 - Experience with containerized environments and CI/CD workflows (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar).
 - Solid knowledge of RESTful API design, authentication, and integration between backend and frontend.
 - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make product-oriented technical decisions.
 - Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
 - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Nice to Have
- Experience with AG Grid or other advanced data grid components.
 - Familiarity with React, .NET, or other modern frameworks.
 - Knowledge of Docker and Azure DevOps pipelines.
 - Understanding of event-driven architectures or messaging systems (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ).
 - Interest in contributing to UI/UX discussions and continuous product improvement.
