Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), focusing on cloud-native environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with OpenShift/Kubernetes for deployments, scaling, and cluster management.
- Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
- Expertise in designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, integrating with GitOps practices (e.g., ArgoCD).
- Experience with HashiCorp Vault for secrets management and implementing RBAC/least privilege access controls.
- Experience managing core data services including PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, and MinIO.
- Familiarity with event-driven architectures and message brokers like Solace and Confluent Kafka.
- Experience implementing and troubleshooting observability stacks (ELK Stack, Prometheus, Grafana).
- Solid understanding of Linux system administration, networking fundamentals, and cloud concepts (Azure IaaS preferred).
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical and methodical problem-solver, excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a passion for automation and operational excellence.
- Languages: English (fluent).
Job Description:
- Design, implement, and maintain the highly scalable, secure, and observable platform ecosystem built on OpenShift/Kubernetes.
- Automate the provisioning, configuration, and deployment of infrastructure and applications using Terraform, Ansible, and Helm.
- Develop, test, and enhance CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous delivery and zero-downtime deployments.
- Manage security integrations, including secrets management (Vault) and enforcing security standards using scanning tools (e.g., SonarQube, Veracode).
- Troubleshoot issues across the entire stack, including networking, infrastructure, CI/CD, and application layers.
- Contribute to Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices, incident response, and post-mortem analysis.
- Collaborate with development and product teams to integrate services and provide support for platform use.
