Data Science Consultant | Predictive Analytics | €85K DOE
We’re partnered with an established technology firm driving applied AI innovation across industrial and enterprise environments. Their mission is to help global clients unlock real business value through practical, production-ready data science and machine learning applications.
They are now looking for a Data Science Consultant to join their core team in Germany and work closely with the Director of AI on cutting-edge predictive and optimization projects across multiple domains.
The Role
In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing and implementing AI and data-driven solutions to solve real-world operational challenges - from predictive maintenance and anomaly detection to demand forecasting and optimisation.
Working side by side with technical and business stakeholders, you’ll translate data insights into tangible impact, contributing to high-value client projects and strategic initiatives.
You’ll spend four days a week on-site in Germany, collaborating directly with the Team Lead and engineering teams.
Your Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and deploy AI/ML models for predictive maintenance, anomaly detection, and stock prediction use cases.
 - Apply classical ML algorithms (e.g., Random Forest, XGBoost) and statistical modelling techniques to large datasets.
 - Work with on-premise Kubernetes clusters — managing or deploying scalable AI workloads.
 - Develop robust, production-quality Python code for experimentation, modeling, and deployment.
 - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
 - (Nice to have) Contribute to NLP-focused projects, including text analytics and document processing.

What You’ll Bring
- 3-5 years of professional experience in AI or data science, preferably within applied industrial or enterprise settings.
 - Strong understanding of predictive analytics, anomaly detection, and forecasting techniques.
 - Solid programming skills in Python, with experience building and maintaining production-level ML systems.
 - Familiarity with on-prem Kubernetes environments (deployment, scaling, and performance considerations).
 - Knowledge of data pipelines, version control, and model lifecycle management.
 - Strong analytical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Why Join
- Salary: up to €85,000, depending on experience.
 - On-site 4 days per week, collaborating directly with senior leadership.
 - Opportunity to work on high-impact, applied AI projects with real-world industrial and business relevance.
 - Be part of a technically driven team where your contributions directly influence strategy and product success.
 - Modern environment with a focus on hands-on experimentation, rapid delivery, and continuous learning.

If you’re an AI engineer or data scientist who thrives on solving complex problems and wants to make a measurable impact in a technically rich environment - apply now to explore this opportunity.
