We’re hiring a Senior UX/Product Designer to join a Global SME Product Innovation Team on a 12-month daily-rate contract (€570/day).

This is an opportunity to work on high-impact digital products designed to empower millions of small and medium businesses globally. You’ll play a key role in shaping the next generation of user experiences — building design systems, refining user journeys, and creating scalable, beautiful solutions that deliver measurable results.

About the Role

This hands-on role sits at the intersection of UX design, systems thinking, and product innovation. You’ll collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Research teams to design user-centric experiences and contribute to a world-class design system used across global platforms.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Drive innovation and consistency through the evolution of the global design system.
• Design and prototype intuitive, user-centered product experiences using Figma.
• Work with design tokens and themes to deliver scalable, flexible UI solutions.
• Translate research and strategy into meaningful, usable digital interactions.
• Rapidly prototype Proofs-of-Concept and MVPs using human-centered design principles.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align design with business goals and technical feasibility.

Top Skills (Must-Haves)

1. Mastery of Figma & Design Systems – strong component creation, variants, and atomic design principles.
2. Advanced Product Design Expertise – ability to conceptualize and execute elegant, scalable digital experiences.
3. Tokens / Themes Understanding – experience applying tokens for consistency across platforms.

Experience & Background

• 4+ years’ UX/UI design experience across consumer-facing or B2B digital products.
• Strong understanding of design systems, interaction patterns, and user-centered design processes.
• Proven ability to iterate and refine high-quality visual and functional designs.
• Collaborative mindset, able to work effectively with engineers and product managers.
• Bonus: Motion Design or Interaction Design experience.
• Degree or certification in Design, HCI, or related field (preferred, not essential).
