L2 Network and Security support engineer

TDC Erhverv is a Danish company that has been providing IT services to the private and public sectors for more than 30 years. Our main IT areas are network, security, automation, cloud, and unified communication solutions. Currently we are looking for a Network & Security Support Engineer who will join our Operations team in Lithuania.

About The Role

Your primary responsibility as a L2 Network-Security Support Engineer, will be to advise customers on IT solutions that provide the highest business value. You will be a part of an expanding joint Danish-Lithuanian service operations team that is supporting and solving incidents for the biggest and most established companies in Denmark, operating their businesses in private and public sectors. You will join a company known for its high-quality performance, as well as creation of innovative IT & communications solutions and services.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Diagnosing and resolving problems in customer networks;
• Work with customers to tackle technical issues;
• Work with network, security platforms and technologies;
• Implement change requests;
• Contribute to knowledge bases and troubleshooting guides;
• Follow up on recent Incidents to avoid SLA breaches.

We expect that you have:

• 3+ years' experience in IT engineering or a similar role, with a focus on network operations;
• A strong understanding of networking and security principles, including TCP/IP, OSI models, routing and switching;
• Hands-on experience with one or more security products, such as Cisco FMC/FTD/ASDM, Fortinet/FortiAnalyzer, Palo Alto, or F5.
• Good analytical skills, service-oriented and proactive mindset;
• A collaborative team player who is quick to learn and adapt;
• Good communication skills and fluency in English.

We offer monthly salary range for this position 2300-3150 Eur brutto, based on your experience and competencies relevant for the job.
