The Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) is looking for a Chief Specialist in Infrastructure Systems Operations Monitoring to join our dynamic IT team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of IT security policies, risk controls, and cybersecurity standards
- Conduct risk assessments, security audits, and ensure compliance with ISO 27001, ISR, ISO 27701, etc.
- Implement security tools and infrastructure including firewalls, intrusion detection systems (IDS), endpoint protection, and encryption technologies
- Collaborate across RTA sectors to integrate security into all IT infrastructure and systems
- Develop and lead incident response plans
- Mentor junior security staff and engage with regulatory bodies and external partners
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- Preferred Certifications: CISSP, CISA, CISM
- Strong expertise in Infrastructure Security Audits, Application Security, GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance), and Information Security Regulation
- Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills
- Minimum 10 years of experience in cybersecurity and IT infrastructure security
