Job Responsibilities

Lead and manage the technical development team to deliver high-quality software solutions using .Net and Azure technologies.
Design, develop, and implement scalable and secure applications on the Azure cloud platform.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions.
Ensure adherence to best practices in software development, including coding standards, testing, and deployment processes.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Monitor and optimize application performance, ensuring reliability and scalability.
Conduct code reviews and ensure the delivery of clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and improve processes.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and applications.
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources to meet business objectives.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Technical Lead or similar role, with expertise in .Net and Azure technologies.
Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.Net, and .Net Core frameworks.
Hands-on experience with Azure services such as Azure Functions, Azure DevOps, and Azure SQL Database.
Solid understanding of database design and development, particularly with SQL Server.
Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful API development.
Knowledge of software development methodologies, including Agile and DevOps practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
