Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the technical development team to deliver high-quality software solutions using .Net and Azure technologies.
- Design, develop, and implement scalable and secure applications on the Azure cloud platform.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in software development, including coding standards, testing, and deployment processes.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Monitor and optimize application performance, ensuring reliability and scalability.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure the delivery of clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and improve processes.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and applications.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources to meet business objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Technical Lead or similar role, with expertise in .Net and Azure technologies.
- Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.Net, and .Net Core frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with Azure services such as Azure Functions, Azure DevOps, and Azure SQL Database.
- Solid understanding of database design and development, particularly with SQL Server.
- Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful API development.
- Knowledge of software development methodologies, including Agile and DevOps practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
