About the role

As a Technical Project Manager, you will be at the forefront of delivering complex technological projects. This pivotal role demands a deep integration of agile practices with a profound understanding of architecture, infrastructure, and software development. You will be responsible for ensuring that all solutions are not only scalable and secure but also perfectly aligned with both technical and business objectives, driving innovation and successful outcomes for our clients.

Requirements

*  +8 years of experience in technical project management or mixed roles (Engineering Manager / Tech Lead / PM).

*  Experience with multiple languages, frameworks, and cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).

*  Agile or PMP certifications are desirable.

*  Bilingual proficiency (Spanish–English).

Responsibilities

Agile Delivery and Technical Execution

  *  Lead the planning, execution, and support of end-to-end projects with a strong focus on technical quality and continuous delivery.

  *  Implement agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) to ensure visibility and a constant flow of value.

  *  Automate reports and dashboards (Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow) to ensure technical and executive transparency.

Architecture, Innovation, and Modernization

  *  Guide technical decisions in AI, machine learning, and system modernization projects.

  *  Define cloud migration and optimization strategies (AWS, GCP, Azure) incorporating DevOps and CI/CD practices.

  *  Review and design modern architectures (microservices, serverless, hexagonal, DDD, event-driven).

  *  Collaborate with development teams utilizing diverse tech stacks (Python, Java, .NET, JS, Angular, Flutter, Swift, Kotlin).

Risk Management and Technical Performance

  *  Identify bottlenecks within architecture or development processes and propose data-driven improvements.

  *  Ensure the technical quality and observability of systems in production environments.

  *  Collaborate with Engineering and Data teams to establish robust code, testing, and versioning standards.
