Role Description

We are seeking a Fullstack Tech Lead proficient in React, Node.js, Three.js/Three Fiber, WebGPU, and WebAssembly (WASM) for a full-time, remote role. As a Fullstack Tech Lead, you will oversee the development lifecycle, lead engineering teams, design and build high-performance web applications, and collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure excellence in project execution. You will also be responsible for mentorship, troubleshooting, code reviews, and implementing best practices across the stack. Qualifications

• Proficiency in front-end frameworks such as React and Three.js/Three Fiber, as well as hands-on experience in creating dynamic, high-quality user interfaces.
• Expertise in back-end development using Node.js, with a solid understanding of server-side programming, APIs, and microservices architecture.
• In-depth knowledge of WebGPU and WebAssembly (WASM) for optimized graphics and computational performance in modern web applications.
• Strong ability in leading engineering teams, including mentorship, code reviews, and fostering a collaborative development environment.
• Effective problem-solving and debugging skills to manage complex technical challenges and ensure smooth software delivery.
• Experience with best practices in software development, including testing, deployment, and performance optimization.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in remote and interdisciplinary teams.
• Understanding or experience within the tech consulting space is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field preferred.
