What You'll Deliver
- Design & Deploy: Build and refine predictive/statistical models (classification, regression, time-series) for core business problems.
- Deep Dive: Conduct rigorous EDA, feature engineering, and hypothesis testing on large, diverse datasets.
- Impact: Support A/B testing and experiments, ensuring precise measurement of real-world outcomes.
- Innovate: Stay ahead of the curve, prototyping with Generative AI, LLMs, and Causal Inference.
- Communicate: Translate complex technical findings into clear, actionable business insights for executives and stakeholders.
What You'll Need
- 5+ years applying Data Science/Advanced Analytics professionally.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python (Pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow/XGBoost, etc.) and SQL.
- Solid foundation in statistical modeling and ML fundamentals.
- Experience with modern collaborative data platforms (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake) is a strong plus.
