Product Experience Designer
Location: Dublin (3 days/week)
12 Months Contract
I’m partnering with a global tech leader seeking a hands-on Product Experience & Design Manager (Individual Contributor) to join their Global SME Design Team.
I'm looking for someone who lives and breathes Design Systems, from creating scalable component libraries to defining interaction patterns that power multiple products.
You’ll play a key role in building the foundation for new experiences and products.
What you’ll do:
✨ Lead the evolution of a Design System across multiple global products
⚡ Build and maintain reusable components, tokens, and UI kits in Figma
💡 Rapidly prototype and test new product concepts
🤝 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring new ideas to life
What you’ll bring:
✔ 6+ years’ UX/UI design experience (B2B or B2C)
✔ Deep Design System experience — structure, scale, and governance
✔ Strong UX focus with hands-on Figma expertise
✔ Understanding of product development, rapid prototyping, and Design Thinking
✔ Agency or finance experience a plus
