Revpanda Group is looking for Power BI Data Analyst to join data team. In this role, you will design, build, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports that deliver actionable insights into player activity, marketing performance, and revenue trends. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, develop optimized data models and DAX measures, and translate complex datasets into clear business recommendations that drive growth.

Requirements:

• 2 years + of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in the iGaming, online entertainment, or e-commerce industries.
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, DAX, and Power Query (M).
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction and transformation.
• Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and relational databases.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and passion for turning data into business value.
• Full business proficiency in English, ability to work in dynamic environment with drive towards innovation.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for player activity, marketing performance, and revenue analysis.
• Develop and optimize data models and DAX measures for efficient reporting.
• Ensure dashboards are visually compelling, user-friendly, and aligned with stakeholder needs.
• Analyze player lifecycle data, including acquisition, engagement, retention, and churn patterns.
• Evaluate the performance of bonuses, promotions, and campaigns, identifying opportunities for optimization.
• Translate data findings into clear narratives and actionable recommendations for non-technical teams.
• Work closely with data team to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across sources.
• Validate data pipelines feeding Power BI and troubleshoot discrepancies.
• Present analytical insights to management and stakeholders in a clear, concise manner.
