Senior .NET Software Engineer

Salary: 6915 - 8715 EUR/month gross (before tax) based on your skills and experience.

Location: Vilnius, Lithuania (hybrid) or Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Poland, Czech Republic (remote)

Schedule: 1 FTE (40 hours/week)

6-month contract with a high possibility of extension.

What You'll Be Doing

We are looking for an experienced .NET Engineer to join our dynamic team with one of the biggest players in finance in the country - a Nordic bank with strong local roots and bridges to the rest of the world. For more than 145 years, they have helped people and businesses in the Nordics realise their ambitions. They have made huge progress in the Finance Team to exploit public cloud (AWS) for the benefit of their users and customers. They have the target to have all the application landscape running on the public cloud within a short timeframe.

How You'll Spend Your Day

• Develop and maintain code for the profitability engine logic using .NET Core.
• Design, develop, and maintain REST APIs.
• Ensure high-quality code by writing automated tests.
• Work extensively with AWS Public Cloud services.
• Maintain Azure DevOps pipelines for continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) processes.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform.
  
  

You'll be successful if you have

• Experience with .NET (10+ years).
• Experience with AWS.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to write effective unit tests.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think algorithmically.
