Role: Dotnet Developer
Location: Toronto, ON-Canada (Hybrid)
Type: Contract
Job Description:
- Proficiency in .NET framework and C# programming languages including API development, web services.
- Application development on IIS.
- Strong Experience with SQL for database management and data manipulation.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms for deploying and managing applications.
- Familiarity with event driven architecture.
- Understanding of microservices architecture for building scalable and maintainable applications.
- Knowledge of software development tools like Jenkins for continuous integration and deployment.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills to assess and improve backend processes and systems.
- Familiarity with CI/CD using Jenkins
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex backend issues.
Nice to have
- Microsoft SQL, Azure SQL
- Azure Cloud (AKS, Service Bus, Redis, ADX)
- Observability: New Relic.
- Knowledge of Insurance domain
