Description:

Reporting into our infringement Dev Lead, we are seeking a talented and motivated Full Stack Software Developer to join our dynamic Melbourne-based team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining infringement mgt software applications, ensuring high performance, quality, and responsiveness to requests from the front end. The role will work closely with other developers, designers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and create innovative software solutions used by Orikan's global client base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Application Development: Design, code, test, and deploy software applications according to specifications.
  • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to gather and refine requirements and provide technical solutions.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify, debug, and resolve software defects and performance issues.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for software design, development processes, and system architecture.
  • Code Review: Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, security, and best practices.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending and implementing improvements to the software development process.
  • User Support: Provide technical support to end-users and assist with software maintenance and uprades.


Skills and Experiences:

Skills and Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development; experience in Angular, Javascript, C#, ASP.Net, SQL server, Cloud platforms such as Azure
  • Technical Skills:
    • Knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Angular
    • Backend development using .NET framework, C#, ASP.NET.
    • Strong knowledge of SQL server, writing complex queries, stored procedures and scripts
    • Ability to design and implement entity framework models and using LINQ effectively.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Teamwork: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
