Location and salary

• Remote policy: Hybrid (2 days per week onsite)

• Salary range: €75.000 - €100.000 annual compensation

Role description

At Prodapt, we are looking for a Fullstack Developer with a strong backend focus on Python, combined with solid Angular frontend experience.

You will work on large-scale, customer-facing digital platforms within a B2B telecom environment, contributing across both frontend and backend layers. The platform follows a composable architecture, combining micro-frontends with distributed backend services.

This role requires someone who can operate across the stack, take ownership of features end-to-end, and contribute to architectural and technical decisions. At senior level, you are expected to influence design choices, guide other engineers, and help shape how the platform evolves.

You will collaborate closely with product owners, UX designers, engineers, and architects to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and maintain fullstack features across Angular frontends and Python services
• Develop backend services and APIs using Python (Django, FastAPI)
• Contribute to Angular applications using modern tooling and modular architecture
• Work within microservices and event-driven environments
• Design and integrate APIs using REST standards, including authentication and versioning
• Take ownership of features from design through to production
• Contribute to system and architecture design, including trade-offs and scalability decisions
• Ensure high-quality code through reviews, testing, and engineering best practices
• Implement and improve observability, monitoring, and system reliability
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
• Mentor and support other engineers where needed
• Use AI-assisted tools to improve development efficiency and code quality
• Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and continuous improvement

Key Skills

Backend Stack:

• Python 3
• Django and/or FastAPI
• Strong experience designing and building REST APIs
• API standards (OpenAPI/Swagger)
• Authentication and security (OAuth2 or similar)

Front-End Stack:

• Angular 19 (enterprise usage)
• TypeScript, JavaScript
• RxJS and reactive programming patterns
• HTML5, CSS3, SCSS
• Webpack and Module Federation
• Experience building modular UI components and micro-frontends

Architecture & Application Design:

• Microservices and event-driven architecture
• Composable / modular frontend architecture
• Strong foundation in OOP, SOLID principles, and design patterns
• Experience designing scalable, distributed systems
• Understanding of asynchronous processing and messaging patterns

DevOps & Tooling:

• Docker, Kubernetes
• CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Git Flow)
• AWS (or similar cloud platforms)
• Observability tools (Splunk, Grafana, Sentry, Elasticsearch)
• Logging, tracing, and monitoring in production systems

Testing & Quality:

• Unit and integration testing
• Test automation and quality practices
• Code reviews and engineering standards

AI & Automation:

• Experience using or willingness to adopt AI-assisted development tools
• Ability to use AI for code generation, testing, and optimisation

Nice-to-have:

• Experience with NX monorepos
• Exposure to telecom or B2B enterprise environments
• Experience with event streaming / messaging systems
• Familiarity with GraphQL
• Experience with high-scale or real-time systems
