What You’ll Be Driving
As our HR Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our people strategy — driving impactful initiatives across the employee lifecycle. You’ll partner with leadership to create a high-performance culture, leveraging data, digital tools, and human insight to deliver exceptional employee experiences.
- Manage the full employee’s lifecycle from talent acquisition, onboarding, compensation & benefits, learning & development, performance management, employee relations to offboarding
- Partner closely with business leaders to deliver effective HR solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
- Provide advice to leaders and employees on HR policies, procedures, employment laws and compliance matters
- Responsible for the maintenance and updates of employee records promptly and accurately in the HRIS system
- Administer HR programs and processes including payroll and leave management
- Oversea the administration of internship programmes and government grants
- Track and mange HR budget and manpower planning
- Assist with the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies and procedures to support the business objectives
- Support internal and external audits and government surveys
- Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports to support data-driven decision-making
- Support employee engagement, communication and wellness initiatives to strengthen workplace culture and performance
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and practices
What We’re Looking For
- Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- 6-10 years of HR generalist/ business partnering experience, with good exposure to recruitment, preferably in the telecommunication or technology industry
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, MOM guidelines and HR best practices
- Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced SME / growth company environment
- Analytical, meticulous, self-motivated and resilient to change
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and build trust across all levels
