About The Role

In this role, you will lead the execution of medium-sized projects within the electrical industry. You will ensure all project activities are carried out in compliance with procedures, regulations, standards, specifications, and targets. Your leadership will be key in guiding project teams to meet requirements, deliver contracted outcomes, and achieve committed results.

The work model for the role is:

Projects will primarily involve the supply of low voltage switchgear to customers in the data center, oil & gas, infrastructure, and heavy industry sectors. You will collaborate closely with ABB factories, ABB site services teams, and our customers.


Key Responsibilities

• Lead project teams, define execution strategies, and oversee planning, monitoring, and control of internal and external resources.
• Monitor project progress, optimize resource utilization, and manage project financials.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks and opportunities.
• Drive formal project acceptance, contract close-out, and customer acknowledgment in line with contractual obligations.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in power distribution and electrification products.
• Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP®, PRINCE2®, IPMA Level C/B) preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Project, MS Excel, and other project management tools.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in English; proficiency in Chinese is an advantage.
