Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain complex network infrastructures ensuring availability, performance, and security;

• Lead and collaborate with network engineering teams, driving strategic initiatives aligned with business goals;

• Oversee network architecture, upgrades, and optimization projects;

• Act as the escalation point for critical incidents, ensuring timely resolution;

• Ensure network security and compliance across regulated environments;

• Manage and contribute to transformation and migration projects across multi-vendor and hybrid cloud environments.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in network engineering;

• Proven expertise in enterprise-scale networks;

• Strong experience with network transformation or migration projects;

• Expertise in network security, compliance, and performance optimization;

• Experience with multi-vendor and hybrid cloud environments;

• Experience with network protocols, such as TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, and MPLS

• Hands-on experience with network hardware, including Cisco routers and switches, as well as firewalls such as Cisco ASA, Palo Alto, and Fortinet;

• Strong knowledge of network security concepts and solutions, including VPNs, DMZ, IDS/IPS, SSL/TLS, and Zero Trust Architecture;

• Proven experience in cloud networking, particularly with Azure and AWS environments, including hybrid cloud integration;

• Proficiency using network monitoring and management tools, such as Wireshark, SolarWinds, Cisco ISE, NetFlow, and SNMP;

• Experience in automation and scripting using Python, Ansible, Bash, and PowerShell;

• Certifications, such as CCNP / CCIE (Cisco), Palo Alto PCNSE, ITIL Foundation, and CompTIA Network+ / Security+, are often required or preferred;

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;

• Leadership and coordination of technical teams;

• Project management experience managing timelines and stakeholder communication.

• Ability to simplify complex problems and obtain a workable solution;

• Customer focus and service delivery;

• Availability to work in EU.
