We build and manage remote operational support and development teams, while also supporting our freelance collaborators during their journey.

We are looking for an experienced Kotlin Developer with strong expertise in Java and the Spring framework to support ongoing software development initiatives in a dynamic, agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Kotlin, Java, and the Spring framework
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define and implement technical solutions
• Ensure code quality through reviews, unit testing, and adherence to best practices
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and estimation
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in development and production environments
• Support the continuous improvement of development processes and team collaboration

Requirements

• Proven professional experience in Kotlin, Java, and Spring framework development
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum software development practices
• Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and relational databases
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git)
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies
• Strong problem-solving mindset, communication skills, and team spirit
• English proficiency (both written and spoken)

• Location: Remote (with possible visits to the client’s HQ)
